These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StorySprout AI mobile application (“App”), operated by StorySprout AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

## 1. Subscription Terms

StorySprout AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions.

### Subscription Details
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the selected plan).
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
- The subscription price and duration are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

### Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
- Open Settings
- Tap your Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select StorySprout AI

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges, but access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
